The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Sin May Sdn Bhd, registration number. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Malaysia Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
1. Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
2. Confidentiality
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than [our manufacturer/supplier(s) and] if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.
Online Store Policy
Online Purchase Policy
We will accept items for a full refund with in 7 Days from the date of purchase. All refunds require original receipt, documentation and packaging. The refund will be made by the way it was paid for. Cash or check refunds will be made by company check within 7 days to the original purchaser. All items must be in new unworn condition and have not been altered or sized to fit.
Online Refund Policies
We will accept items for a full refund with in 14 Days from the date of purchase. All refunds require original receipt, documentation and packaging. The refund will be made by the way it was paid for. Must call for a return authorisation and purchaser is responsible for cost of return shipping. All items must be in original packaging and condition.
Shipping Policies
All purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of online purchase, as long as the item(s) are in stock. If item is not in stock we ask to have 7-10 business days. If item(s) will take longer than 7-10 business days we will reach out to you. Free in store pick up and gift wrap is available. All orders over RM will ship for free by DHL with tracking. Express shipping is available at additional charge and will be calculate in your shopping chart.
Custom Orders/ Trunk Show policies
Items custom made to order, special orders, trunk show and clearance items will not be accepted for refund or exchange and are final sales.
